Allow the enjoyment of life to be effortless. Imagine yourself on a roller coaster. Holding tight to the grab bar does provide a sense of safety and control (you know that you would not get on a roller coaster with the intention to control the ride, and you cannot), yet it is more fun to let go and put your hands in the air, which is probably the point. In life, we should practice loosening our grips on the “How” and “When”. All we need to do is “play” our best game and the Universe will go to work.
